Operates perfectly, as
designed.
I've read most all of the
other reviews, and experienced some of the same issues shortly after it was
installed by a contractor. I was getting more and more frustrated with it
(wouldn't come on, wouldn't shut off, came on by it's self, etc,) and was ready
to call delta customer assistance. Instead, I downloaded the installation/owner
manual and read the electronic section carefully. After making two changes,
described in the manual, it worked perfectly. I moved the battery pack at least
2" from the sides of the cabinet sides and moved the wires further apart
from each other. I believe most of the issues that others have had are all
related to the installation of the faucet rather than the faucet or electronics.

Nice touch
This faucet has some nice features that make it very desirable.
It's nice not to have to do anything more than to touch it to turn it on when you have dirty or sticky hands as well as turn it off during a cooking project. The turning radius is also a nice feature. There are a few cons however that could be improved. It must be installed EXACTLY AND PRECISELY to make it work properly and at times it will turn off unexpectedly.
Overall it is a good product that is desirable, stylish as well as funtional.
